慢性完全闭塞性病变血运重建后临床获益的影响因素

摘要 慢性完全闭塞(chronic total occlusion,CTO)是指冠状动脉在粥样硬化的基础上由于血栓形成、机化导致其管腔完全闭塞,且闭塞的病程超过3个月。CTO冠状动脉造影靶血管前向血流消失,心肌梗死溶栓治疗临床试验(TIMI)分级为0级或1级,0级为绝对性CTO,1级为功能性CTO。
