水性有机颜料分散体制备技术(三)

摘要 文中论述了水性有机颜料分散体的制备技术,有机颜料水性分散体物理化学特性及表征,相关有机颜料着色剂主要类型及应用特性。为满足水性涂料及水性印墨对有机颜料分散体的要求,在颜料合成与后处理过程中,采用多种不同极性的改性剂或添加剂实施颜料表面改性处理,以提高颜料粒子表面极性及改进分散体的稳定性。 The paper discusses the preparation of aqueous organic pigment dispersion technology; the physical and chemical properties of organic pigments in aqueous dispersion; and application characteristics of the main types of relevant organic pigments colorant. In order to meet coatings and aqueous printing inks on the requirements of organic pigment dispersion, we can use a variety of different polarity modifiers or additives to achieve the pigment surface modification treatment in the process of the pigment synthesis and post-processing, which can increase the pigment particle surface polarity and improve the stability of the dispersion.
