高压舱内使用超声仪的初步研究

A preliminary study of the application of ultrasonography in the hyperbaric chamber

摘要 目的:探索超声仪在高气压临床实践中的潜在应用。方法选择一款便携式超声仪,根据高气压下电器的使用原则,对其进行安全性评估和电源改建,并进行高气压测试,对超声仪在高气压医学领域的潜在应用进行分析。结果成功完成了超声仪在加压舱内的测试,最高测试压力达到0.6 MPa,机器未出现任何异常,成像质量完好。结论只要满足相关要求,可在加压舱内安全使用超声仪,发挥其诊疗优势。 Objective To explore the potential application of ultrasonography in the hyperbaric clinical practice.Methods A portable ultrasonographic system , was chosen for the study .The power supply of the system was modified and safety evaluation was made in accordance with the operating principles of the electric device under hyperbaric pressure , and underwent pressure testing . Then, the potential application of ultrasonography in hyperbaric medicine was analyzed .Results Pressure testing of the system was successfully completed at a pressure as high as 0.6 MPa, with no disorder of the system and good quality of the displayed images .Conclusions As long as the requirements were met , the ultrasonographic system could be used safely in the hyperbaric chamber , and the advantages of ultrasonographic detection could be brought into full play .
