A new species of the genus Pergamasus and a new species of the genus Porrhostaspis （Acari： Mesostigmata： Parasitidae）

Abstract： A new species of the genus Pergamasus and a new species of the genus Porrhostaspis are described in the present paper. Type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Plant Protection, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Science, Fuzhou. 1 Pergamasus biconicendogynii so. nov.（Figs. 1,2） Female. Length of idiosoma 570-591 （av. 581） μm, width 323-366（av. 344） μm. Dorsal shield covers entire dorsum, dorsal setae more than 40 pairs, short, simple, the end distant from insertion of next seta, M2 longer, F2, ETa, ET2, M and M3 the shortest. Prestemal region with 1 pair of wedge-like prestemal shields and 1 pair of small sclerites, presternal shields bearing oval colour spot. Sternal shield with 3 pairs of setae and 2 pairs of pores. Metastemal shields with 1 pair of metasternal setae and the 3rd pair of pores. Genital shield with 1 pair of setae. Endogynium with 1 pair of conical structures, the pointed end directional to antero-lateral ahead, pocket wall with several small denticles at lower part. Ventro-anal shield with 9 pairs of ventral setae and 3 perianal setae. Ad, situated at level of middle of anus, both Ad and PA subequal to anus in length. Peritreme reaching to anterior part of coxa II anteriorly. Tectum with 3 narrow prongs. Movable digit of chela quadridentate, fixed digit with about 5 denticles. Setae al on palpfemur branchy, all and a12 on palpgenu entire.Legs setae short and simple. Male. Length ofidiosoma 527-548（av. 538） μm, width 269-312（av. 290） μm. Dorsum as in female. Prestemal region with 1 pair of triangular prestemal shields and 1 pair of small sclerites. Holoventral shield with 3 pairs of sternal setae, 1 pair of metastemal setae, 1 pair of genital setae, 9 pairs of ventral setae, 3 perianal setae and 3 pairs of pores. Tectum with 3 short prongs. Leg II with a large spur and a small spur on femur, and a small spur on genu and tibia respectively. Remains characters as in female. The new species very similar to Pergamasus carpaticus Micherdzinsld, 1969, but in the new species pointed end of conical structures of endogynium directional to antero-lateral ahead, however that of the latter species directional to anterointerior. Holotype ♀, paratypes ♀♀ and ♂♂ , moss and leaf litter, from Lhasa （29°42＇ N, 91°02＇ E） and Linzhi（29°39＇ N, 94° 21＇ E）, Xizang Autonomous Region, 22-26 Aug. 2014. Name of the new species from ＂bi-＂ （pair）, ＂conic-＂ （conical） and ＂endogynii＂ （endogynium）. 2 Porrhostaspis xizangensis sp. nov.（Figs. 3-5） Female. Length ofidiosoma 806 μm, width 645 μm. Anterior dorsal shield with 19 pairs of setae, posterior dorsal shield with about 20 pairs of setae, F1, D1, D3, M2 and 2 pairs of setae on posterior dorsal shield long and stout, finely pilose at end, remains short and simple, F2, ET2, ET2 and M1 very short. Prestemal shields 1 pair, oval. Sternal shield with 3 pairs of setae and 2 pairs of pores. Metasternal shields contracted, with metasternal setae and the 3rd pair of pores. Genital shield very long, trispinate at apex, genital setae 1 pair. Ventro-anal shield with 8 pairs of ventral setae and 3 perianal setae. Ad situated at level of posterior margin of anus, both Ad and PA subequal to anus in length. Peritreme reaching to out of F2 anteriorly. Tectum 3-pronged, medial prong multifid distally. Movable digit of chela tridentate, fixed digit about 5 denticles, pilus dentilis minute. Setae al on palpfemur and all and a12 on palpgenu spoon-shaped. Tarsis II-Ⅳ slender, most ofsetse very short. Ambulacra with 1 pair ofmembraneous lobes. Male. Length of idiosoma 667 μm, width 505 μm. Anterior dorsal shield with 21 pairs of setae, posterior dorsal shield with about 23 pairs of setae, shape of setae as in female. Holoventral shield with 3 pairs of sternal setae, 1 pair of metasternal setae, 1 pair of genital setae, 6 pairs of ventral setae, 3 perianal setae and 3 pairs of pores. Both digits of chela with a denticle respectively. Remaining characters as in female. The new species is near to Porrhostaspis setosa Gu et Liu, 1996, but in the new species dorsal setae F1, D1, D3, M2 and 2 pairs of setae on posterior dorsal shield distinctly long and stout; tectum of female with 3 long prongs, medial prong multifid distally; Setae al on palpfemur and all and a12 on palpgenu entire. However in the latter species all dorsal setae short and thin; tectum of female with 3 short prongs and 2 teeth, all entire; seta al on palpfemur branchy. Holotype ♀, paratypes 1 ♀ , 1 ♂ and 4 deutonymphs, ex bark of tree, from Linzhi（29°39＇ N, 94°21＇ E）, Xizang Autonomous Region, 24 Aug. 2014. The new species is named after collected locality ＇of type specimens.
