Calculation of Economic Break- Even Point for Commingling Production of Multilayer- branch Ore Body

阐述了多层、分支矿体在矿山开采中存在的主要问题,即损失率与贫化率的此消彼长关系问题。为了解决存在问题,又能保证企业在不亏本的前提下实现资源的综合利用,从矿山经济效果出发,在一定经济条件下,对多层分支矿体进行合采的盈亏平衡点计算,且在已有的计算基础上衍生出更加合理的计算方法,并以实例进行补充说明。

This paper expounds the main problems in the mining of multilayer- branch ore body,i. e. the contradictory relationship between the loss rate and the dilution rate. In order to solve this problem and to utilize resources comprehensively and economically,the Break- Even Point for the commingling production of the multilayer- branch ore body under certain economic conditions was calculated on the premise of the economic performance of the mine. And then a more reasonable calculation method was derived from this basis and then explained by actual projects.
