露天矿穿孔作业材料消耗定额指标的编制

The Preparation of Material Consumption Quota in Perforation of Open Pit Mine

穿孔作业是露天开采的重要环节,穿孔作业的材料消耗费用一般占穿孔成本的30%~50%,因此材料消耗费用的计算尤为重要。该文针对露天矿中深孔穿孔作业材料消耗计算及穿孔作业成本影响因素进行分析,指出存在的问题,提出钻机工作状态下的万m穿孔单耗作为定额指标,供设计参考使用,从而使矿山穿孔设计进一步规范化。

Perforation is an important part of open- pit mining and its material consumption costs generally account for 30 % ~ 50 % of the perforation cost. So the material consumption cost calculation is particularly important. In this paper,the material consumption calculation in deep perforation of open pit mine and the factors affecting the perforation cost were analyzed to find out the problems. Unit perforation consumption per 104 m was put forward as the quota to provide a reference for the design,thus further standardizing the perforation design.
