On Building an Integrated Police Information Application Platform

建设完善警务信息综合应用平台是破解公安信息系统条块分割、共享不畅问题的有效途径,对于更好地理顺公安信息化应用架构、推动公安基础信息化上台阶、改革完善公安工作运行机制,都具有十分重要的意义。本文结合江苏公安机关的探索实践,阐述了当前建设完善警务信息综合应用平台的重要性和紧迫性,并提出了具体的改进措施。

The construction and perfection of police information integrated application platform is an effective way to solve the problems existing in the fragmented police information system which is poor at sharing information. Such a platform is also of great significance in better straightening out the architecture of police information application, promoting the basic application information of public security, and reforming and improving the operating mechanism of the police. Based on the practical exploration of Jiangsu public security organs, this paper expounds the importance and urgency to build and perfect police information integrated application platform. And specifics measures are put forward as well.
