摘要
目的:了解重性精神疾病及防治人力资源工作现状,为行政部门区域卫生规划提供依据。方法:利用《2014年南京市重性精神疾病管理治疗年度报表》、江苏省重性精神疾病信息系统中南京的数据。结果:精神分裂症16 013人,占全部建档重性精神疾病的75.6%。2014年随访中,最高危险性评为0级者12 909人(占86.8%),最高危险性评为1~2级者1 900人(占12.8%),最高危险性评为3~5级者67人(占0.5%)。南京市卫生系统精神卫生人力资源为精神科医生2.04名/10万人,护士4.05名/10万人。基层医疗机构全年平均随访402.2人次/全职专业人员,每全职专业人员每天随访患者1.61人次。结论:南京市重性精神疾病21.6%的患者处于管理状态,78.4%的患者为脱管状态。不论精神专科医院还是基层医疗机构,人员结构均较单一,需要在人力配置上给予更多考虑和配备。
Objective: To analyze the situations of serious mental illnesses and human resources on the prevention and control,which will provide the reference to the administrative departments of government in policies setting.Methods: Data from serious mental illness surveillance system of Jiangsu province and annual report about serious mental illness management-treatment project in 2014 were analyzed. Results: Health records of serious mental illnesses had been bulided and there were 16 013 schizophrenia patients,which was 75. 6%. There were 86. 8% in risk level 0,12. 8% in level 1-2 and 0. 5% in level 3-5 in the patients by follow-up last year. There were 2. 04 psychiatrists,4. 05 nurses per 100 000 peoples and 402. 2 person-times per community physician in the patients follow-up in Nanjing,and 1. 61 person-times follow-up per community physician every day. Conclusion: There are21. 6% patients controled by community physicians. The structure of personnel resource is relatively monotonous in specialized mental hospital / general hospital psychiatry department or community health service centers.
