黑龙江绥芬河口岸重要媒介生物监测

Surveillance and analysis of domiant medical vecotor biology in Suifenhe port Heilongjiang provice,China

目的调查黑龙江绥芬河口岸鼠、蜱、蚊和蠓的种类分布及种群构成。方法采用夹日法捕鼠,布旗小时法采集蜱,诱蚊灯和网捕法采集蚊、蠓等。结果 2008—2013年在黑龙江绥芬河口岸采获鼠、蜱、蚊和蠓等24 145只,经分类鉴定隶属于6科15属46种,其中鼠类3科8属10种;蜱类1科3属4种;蚊类1科3属14种;蠓1科1属18种。优势种群为黑线姬鼠(38.21%)、全钩硬蜱(42.69%)、刺扰伊蚊(60.11%)和兴安库蠓(87.38%)。不同生境、场所、月份的鼠、蜱、蚊、蠓的种群构成有所不同。结论这一研究结果为黑龙江绥芬河口岸鼠、蜱、蚊、蠓的种类分布、种群构成、与疾病关系和防控提供了参考依据。

Objective To investigate species distribution and community composition of rodents,ticks,mosquitoes and midges in Suifenhe port Heilongjiang province. Methods Rodents were cautht by the trap,ticks were collected using dragging a blanket ove the vegetation on the ground,mosquitoes and midges were collected using the human-baited net traps,light traps and insect nets. Results A total of 24 145 rodents,ticks,mosquitoes and midges were collected,which belonged to 6 families,15 genera and 46 specie.The 3 families,8 genera 10 species of rodents,family Ixodidae3 genera 4 species,family Culicidae 3 genera 14 species,family Ceratopogonidae a genus 18 species were recorded.The dominant community were Apodems agrarius（38.21%）;Ixode spersulcatus（42.69）; Aedes vexans（60.11%）;Culicoides sinanoensis（87.38%）. The community composition of rodents,ticks,mosquitoes and midges varied with different habitats,places and months. Conclusion The investigation provides the deferencing basis for the community composition,surveillance of infections disease by vector biologies and control in Suifenhe port Heilongjiang province.
