摘要 目的探讨微电影的制作及其在癌症患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2013年4~6月在本院住院治疗的癌症患者220例为对照组,实施传统的健康教育方法;2013年7~9月在本院住院治疗的癌症患者223例为干预组,采用微电影实施健康教育,干预时间为1次/d,每次1 h,共3 d。干预后采用自行设计的健康教育满意度调查问卷对两组患者进行调查。结果干预后,干预组患者对健康教育满意度高于对照组,两组比较,χ~2=18.11,P〈0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论健康教育微电影的制作及应用在发挥护士的特长、挖掘护士潜能的同时,丰富了健康教育方式,提升了癌症患者健康教育效果。 Objective To investigate the production of the micro- film and the effect of its application in health education for patients with cancer. Methods Two hundred and twenty hospitalized patients with cancer from April to June 2013 were assigned to control group, and the traditional method of health education were given to them. The 223 cases hospitalized patients with cancer from July to September 2013 were chosen as intervention group and adopted the method of micro-film to educate the patients with 1 h for three days. After the intervention, we used self-designed health education satisfaction questionnaire to investigate patients. Result The satisfaction of health education for patients in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(χ2= 18.11, P〈0.001),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The production and the application of the micro-film in health education not only plays nurses, special and potential skills, but also it enriches the way of health education and improves the effect of health education for patients with cancer.
