Discussion on How to Improve the Comprehensive Quality of Librarians in Colleges

图书管理工作是一项细致、繁琐的工作,是一项集技术性、学术性、创新性于一体的工作。但目前高校图书管理人员队伍普遍存在综合素质较低、知识结构单一、工作积极性不高等问题,严重影响了图书馆各项功能的发挥。从分析高校图书馆管理工作特别是图书管理员工作现状和存在问题入手,对如何提升图书管理员综合素质进行探讨,旨在解决高校图书管理员队伍建设与高校图书馆发展不相适应的问题。

The management of a library is of technical,academic and innovative nature. In view of the current problems with the library management,this paper researches into how to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians in the hope of solving the problem of incompatibility between the construction of librarian team and the development of libraries in colleges.
