Heat waves health risk early warning system:a review of recent studies

摘要 在高温热浪事件的频率和强度持续增长的背景下,构建高温热浪健康风险预警系统是降低经济损失和健康风险的有效措施。目前全球多个国家和地区都构建了本地化的健康风险预警系统。该文从高温热浪健康风险预警系统的构建、主要研究内容、目前存在的问题和发展趋势几方面进行了回顾和展望。首先介绍了高温热浪健康风险预警系统的概念及意义,其次介绍了系统的组成部分及主要研究热点,最后提出目前研究中存在的问题,同时对我国高温热浪健康风险预警系统研究的进展及主要问题进行阐述并提出未来的研究建议。 Heat waves health risk early warning system is an effective measure of reducing economic lost and health risk under the background of increasing frequency and strength of heat wave events.Local health risk warning systems have been introduced in many countries and regions around the world. The construction, main research contents, disadvantages of heat waves health risk early warning system were reviewed, and then its development tendency was prospected. Firstly, we introduced concept and purpose of heat wave health risk early warning system, then reviewed key elements and research hotspots. Finally, we analyzed limitations of current researches. Meanwhile, we summarized the studies of heat waves health risk early warning system in China and proposed research advices.
