超敏C反应蛋白与深静脉血栓形成的相关性分析 被引量:8

Analysis of the Correlation of High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and the Deep Vein Thrombosis

摘要 目的:分析超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的相关性,探讨炎症反应在DVT发生及发展中的作用。方法:选取2013年9月至2015年3月我院收治的DVT患者113例,按病变部位分为中央型、周围型以及混合型,按发病时间分为急性期、亚急性期以及慢性期。另选取同期体检的健康志愿者50例作为对照组。检测所有研究对象血清hs-CRP水平。结果:DVT患者血浆hs-CRP高于正常健康人群(P<0.05);不同临床分型DVT患者血浆hs-CRP水平不同,混合型最高,周围型最低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同发病时期DVT患者血浆hs-CRP水平不同,急性期最高,恢复期最低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);接受溶栓治疗的DVT患者术后3天血浆hs-CRP水平持续升高,术后第5天开始快速下降。结论:hs-CRP可作为DVT诊断的参考指标,DVT发生及发展与炎症反应存在相关性。 Objective: To analyze the correlation ofhs-CRP and the deep vein thrombosis (DVT), so as to explore the role of inflammation in the occurrence and development of DVT. Methods: 113 patients with DVT who were treated in our hospital from September 2013 to March 2015 were chosen. According to the disease sites, they were divided into the central, the peripheral and the hybrid. According the onset time, they were divided into the acute, the subacute and the chronic. And another 50 healthy volunteers who had taken the examination at the same time in our hospital selected as the control group. Then the levels of hs-CRP were measured. Results: The hs-CRP in DVT plasma was higher than normal healthy people (P〈0.05). The hs-CRP levels in patients with DVT of different clinical classifications were significantly different, and the hybrid was the highest, the peripheral was the lowest, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The hs-CRP levels in patients with DVT of different disease stage were significantly different, and the acute was the highest, the chronic was the lowest, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The hs-CRP levels increased after the thrombolytic therapy for 3 days, and decreased after the thrombolytic therapy for 5 days. Conclusion: The hs-CRP levels of patients with DVT could be an index for clinical diagnosis, which might be relative to the incidence and progress of DVT.
