Protection,Development and Utilization of Dandelion Resources—Taking Hailun City of Heilongjiang as an Example

野生蒲公英因其既可入药,日常食用又具有营养价值和保健作用,日益受到人们的重视。以黑龙江海伦市为例,对蒲公英资源的保护、开发与利用进行了分析与探讨。并提出了如下建议:可通过保护野生蒲公英的原生态生长环境来保护这一资源;为更好地满足人们的健康需求,加工产品应趋于多样化,并向绿色、有机方向发展。

Wild dandelion was paid more and more attention by people because it could be used as medicine, and had nutritional value and health effects. Taking Helen city of Heilongjiang province as an example, the author analyzed and discussed the protection, development and utilization of dandelion resources. And some suggestions were put forward such as protecting dandelion resources by protecting their original ecological environment, and processing products being diversified, green, and organic for meeting the people＇s health demand.
