摘要
目的探讨强化、规范护理操作带教对提升护理教学质量和带教满意度的意义。方法在2012年10月至2014年3月,将本科室带教的36名护生作为对照组,另40名护生作为观察组。对照组根据传统的护生带教路径表进行带教;观察组在对照组的基础上增加使用护生入科护理操作考核表进行带教。比较两组护生的出科操作考核成绩及护生对带教老师的满意度。结果观察组护生出科操作考试成绩明显高于对照组(95.03±3.25 vs 91.75±3.12,P<0.01),具有统计学意义;观察组带教老师满意度也明显高于对照组,(97.5%vs 77.8%,P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论护理操作考核表,可以强化和规范护生临床护理操作的带教工作,不仅提高了护生临床操作能力,也提升了护生对护理带教的满意度。
Objective To explore the significance of improving the quality and satisfaction of clinical teaching by enhancing and regulating the Form"Surgical Nursing Operation". Methods Forty nursing students taught in thoracic surgery department during Oct. 2012 to Mar. 2014 were selected as research group. They were taught according to the thoracic surgery nursing technical operations evaluation form,on the base of conventional nursing teaching methods. The other 36 students were selected as control group,and only taught by the conventional nursing teaching methods. The examination scores and satisfaction of teaching to the teacher were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group,the examination scores was significantly higher(95.03 ± 3.25 vs. 91.75 ± 3.12,P〈0.01),satisfaction to the teacher were higher(97.5% vs. 77.8% P〈0.01) in reseach group. Conclusion Thoracic surgery nursing technical"Evaluation Form"can promote the quality and satisfaction of clinical teaching.
