摘要
"学分银行"制度建设的核心就是学习成果框架和标准体系。通过基于资格框架(学习成果框架)开发的认证单元组合证书或课程体系,实现不同类型学习成果之间的沟通与衔接。通过"框架+标准"的技术路径和方法,可以有效地推动人才培养模式、课程体系和教学内容改革,融通劳动力市场和教育市场,促进优质资源共享,促进教育公平,提升教学(培训)资源品质,提高教育教学质量。
The "credit bank" system is a new type of educational management systems of all kinds of learners'learning achievement unified accounting, the establishment of the "credit bank" system has become an important trend of the world education reform and development in many countries, combine the national conditions of our country, should choose the teehnology path to qualification framework for guiding system mode and "frame + standard" the learning outcomes, and to conduct authentication, accumulation and transfer system architecture design at the national level.
