内蒙古开放大学即将成立。建立全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会将是开放大学的办学理念和使命。随之而来的是学习者学习动机的转变和适应。开放大学的教师必须深刻领会和研究国家成立开放大学的目的与开放大学的深刻内涵,认真分析研究远程开放学习者的学习动机并加以正确引导,才能把开放大学的使命和远程开放学习者的学习动机有机地结合到一起,也才能不负开放大学赋予我们的历史责任。引导远程学习者树立健康良好的学习动机,教师要从加强教育教学理论的研究,遵从教学规律、研究远程学习者学习需求、培养学生全民学习、终身学习观念方面入手。

Inner Mongolia Open University will be established soon. The educational philosophy and mission of th!s university is to establish a learning society in which all the people will learn and even pursue life - long education with the transition of the learners＇learning motivation or adapta- tion. The teachers of the Inner Mongolia Open University must understand and study the purpose and the meaning of the establishment of this university profoundly. At the same time, they should also carefully analyze the distance learners＇learning motivation and guide them correctly. Only in this way can they make a combination between the mission of the university and the learning motivation of the distance learners. Besides, they can take the fully historical responsibility of the university. Teachers in this university should start from strengthening the teaching theoretical research, following the teaching prin- ciples, studying the learning requirements of learners and helping them form the concepts of the citizen learning and lifelong learning to guide them to de- velop good learning motivation.
