摘要
案例教学作为一种有效的教学方法已经在法学课程教学领域被广泛采用。当前以学习者为中心的教学理念正在影响并改变着传统的教学模式和教学方法,基于信息技术的课程教学有利于培养学习者自主探索、主动发现和创造素质。植根于建构主义学习理论的Moodle学习环境,通过模块化理念实现资源提供和活动设计,可以促成Moodle环境与法学课程案例教学的整合。分析了Moodle环境架构和技术特点的基础上,提出了基于该环境进行在线案例教学设计的模式,并以课程《环境与草原保护法学》作为研究样本,描述了教学模式的构建及设计实现过程。
As an effective teaching method, case teaching has been widely used in the teaching field of law course. Current to learners as the center of teaching philosophy is affecting and changing the traditional teaching mode and teaching methods, based on information technology curriculum teaching is conducive to cultivating the learner to explore, take the initiative to discover and create quality. Moodle learning environment is rooted in the constructivist learning theory. The integration of the Moodle environment and the case teaching of the law course can be facilitated through the idea of modularization, the analysis based on Moodle environment architecture and technical characteristics is proposed based on the environment of online case teaching design mode, and the courses of the environment and protection of grassland law as the research sample, describes the teaching mode construction and the process of design and realization.
