经腹彩超和经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床研究

Clinical study of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:分析经腹彩超和经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠中的临床价值及实用性。方法:选取80例疑似异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,均先后行经腹部彩超和经阴道彩超检查;比较两种检查方法异位妊娠检出率及声像图像阳性结果。结果:两种检查方法异位妊娠阳性检出率比较(60.00%vs 96.25%);经阴道彩超检查附件包块、胚芽形成、原始血管搏动、盆腔积液、子宫内假孕囊声像图像阳性均显著高于经腹部彩超(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩超在诊断异位妊娠中不受患者肥胖、膀胱充盈情况等影响,操作便捷,诊断准确率高,在异位妊娠诊断中具有重要的价值。

Objective： to analyze the clinical value and practicality of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopie pregnancy. Methods： 80 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object, all first underwent abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination; compared with two in the examination method of eetopic preg- nancy detection rate and positive results. Conclusion： the transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in patients with obesity, bladder filling, etc. , easy to operate, high diagnostic accuracy, in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has important value.
