基于家庭医生模式下2型糖尿病基本知识知晓率分析

Analysis of the awareness rate of basic knowledge of type 2 diabetes based on family doctor model

目的:分析家庭医生服务对2型糖尿病基本知识知晓率的影响。方法:抽取社区健康服务中心2型糖尿病患者113例,随机分为观察组(62例)组和对照组(51例),观察组患者进行家庭医生签约服务,对照组患者按以往的管理方法进行管理。两组患者均观察12个月后,发放2型糖尿病基本知识问卷进行评估,回收有效问卷,评估两组患者知晓率情况。结果:观察组2型糖尿病基本知识知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学无显著差异。结论:家庭医生服务对2型糖尿病患者家庭服务关系比以往慢性病管理方法更加有效,全科医生根据家庭情况进行个性化服务包管理,改变了以往被动管理的模式,效果良好,对2型糖尿病患者的三级预防具有重大意义,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the knowledge of family doctors＇ service to the basic knowledge of type 2 diabetes.Methods 113 patients with type 2 diabetes in community health service center were randomly divided into 2 groups,62 patients in the observation group were treated by family doctors,and the remaining 51 patients in the control group were managed by the management method.Two groups of patients were observed 12 months,then the basic knowledge of type 2 diabetes questionnaire and recovery of effective questionnaires were assessment.,We assessed the rate of awareness of two groups of patients.Result The basic knowledge of type 2 diabetes in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,P value was 〈0.05,and no significant difference was observed.Discussion Family doctor service for in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus family service relationship was solider than previous chronic disease management method,general practitioners change the past passive management mode according to family circumstances of personalized service package management.Theeffect is good and significant for the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of three-level prevention.
