智能化康复医疗档案管理改革策略分析

Analysis on the Reform Strategy of Intelligent Rehabilitation Medical Records Management

目的对智能化康复医疗档案管理过程中改革策略进行分析。方法对档案室2013年1月~12月智能化康复医疗档案管理中存在的问题进行分析;于2014年1~12月,针对问题实施相应的改革策略。对比这两个阶段的不良事件发生情况、档案管理质量评分。结果与2013年相比,2014年的不良事件明显减少（P〈0.05）,档案管理质量评分得到显著提高（P〈0.05）。结论对智能化康复医疗档案管理中存在的问题进行分析,并实施相应改革策略,能够有效减少不良事件的发生,提高档案管理的质量。

Objective To analysis the corresponding reform strategy in the process of medical records management. Methods The archives from January 2013 to December intelligent rehabilitation medical records management in the analysis of existing problems; In January 2014 ~ December, implement the corresponding reform strategy for problems. Contrast the two stage archives of adverse events and archives management quality score. Results Compared with 2013, the adverse events in 2014 were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）, and the quality score of file management was improved significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To analyze the problems existing in the medical records management of intelligent rehabilitation, and implement the corresponding reform strategy, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events, improve the quality of file management.
