摘要
目的探讨小儿慢性肾脏病(CKD)的临床预防及治疗。方法对27例小儿慢性肾脏病患者控制进展及原发病的治疗方法资料进行分析。结果 27例小儿慢性肾脏病患者经治疗高血压降低,减少蛋白尿,保护肾功能作用显著。结论早发现、正确诊断,控制CKD进展的风险因素,积极治疗原发病,做好慢性肾脏病防治工作。
Objective To investigate the clinical prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease（CKD） in children. Methods The data of 27 patients with chronic kidney disease were analyzed. Results 27 cases of children with chronic kidney disease after the treatment of high blood pressure reduction, reduce proteinuria, renal function. Conclusion Early detection, correct diagnosis, control the risk factors of CKD progression, active treatment of the original disease, do a good job in chronic kidney disease prevention and control work.
