摘要
目的探讨肝硬化的临床治疗方法。方法选取2013年1月~2015年8月收治的肝硬化患者30例治疗方法资料进行分析。结果本组收治的肝硬化患者经治疗显效21例,有效7例,无效2例。结论早期诊断,有明确病因者首先应针对病因治疗,如酒精性肝硬化者必须戒酒,代偿期乙型及丙型肝炎肝硬化可行抗病毒治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of liver cirrhosis. Methods The data of 30 patients with liver cirrhosis who were treated from January 2013 to August 2015 were analyzed. Results In this group, 21 cases were cured, 7 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective. ConclusionEarly diagnosis, there is a clear cause of disease should be targeted at the cause of treatment, such as alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver must be alcohol, compensatory phase B and hepatitis C cirrhosis of the liver can be treated with antiviral therapy.
