摘要
目的探讨炙甘草汤治疗糖尿病性心肌病的临床疗效。方法将93例糖尿病心肌病患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取炙甘草汤治疗,对照组服用常规西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炙甘草汤治疗糖尿病性心肌病的临床疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of zhigancao decoction in diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods 93 cases of diabetic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups and control group, the observation group received zhigancao decoction, the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,, compared effects. Results The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of zhigancao in decoction diabetic cardiomyopathy was remarkable.
