运用滋肾调冲汤治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调53例的临床效果浅析

Investigation of 53 Cases of Zishen Tiaochong Decoction on the Treatment of Menstrual Disorder With Inadepuate Luteal Function

目的探究在黄体功能不足性月经失调治疗中采用滋肾调冲法的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院在2014年8月~2015年8月收治的黄体功能不足型月经失调患者53例,对其进行分组治疗。将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果经过治疗,与对照组相比,实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显较高,同时基础体温和中医症状积分较优,各项差异均P〈0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论采用滋肾调冲汤治疗黄体功能不足型月经失调有较好的效果。

Objective To explore the Zishen tiaochong decoction on the treatment of menstrual disorder with inadepuate luteal function. Methods In our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 period were treated 53 cases of menstrual disorder with inadepuate luteal function in grouping treatment. Comparative analysis of the clinical outcomes between two groups. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the experimental group were significantly higher total efficiency of treatment, while the basal body temperature and TCM symptom score was significantly superior, the difference was P〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion Zishen tiaochong decoction on the treatment of menstrual disorder with inadepuate luteal function have a significant effect.
