采用散结镇痛胶囊治疗子宫腺肌症并不孕的临床效果探究

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Sanjie Zhentong Capsule on Uterine Adenomyosis With Infertility

目的针对在临床中患子宫腺肌症并不孕症患者行以散结镇痛胶囊所具备的治疗效果进行分析。方法随机择取我院于2014年5月~2015年5月期间收治的患有子宫腺肌症同并孕症的患者100例,分成实验组和对照组两组,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组的患者临床效果好于对照组,血清CA125水平、子宫体积以及受孕概率均优于对照组,P〈0.05,具备统计学上的意义。结论在临床中患有子宫腺肌症并不孕症的患者行以散结镇痛胶囊能够获得理想效果。

Objective To analyzed therapeutic effects of Sanjie Zhentong capsule in patients with uterine adenomyosis with infertility. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015,100 patients of uterine adenomyosis with infertility were divided into two groups, experimental groups and the control group, the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Results The clinical effect in the experimental group was better than the control group, the serum levels of CA125,enlarged uterine size and the probability of conception in the experimental group was better than that in control group. P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Conclusion The adenomyosis with infertility patients received Sanjie Zhentong capsules,have positive effect.
