摘要
目的探讨两种麻醉方式对老年高血压手术患者的临床效果。方法随机将84例老年高血压患者平均分为两组,对照组行全身麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上行硬膜外麻醉。结果观察组T1、T2、T3阶段各指标、不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全麻联合硬膜外麻醉可有效改善麻醉质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of two methods of anesthesia in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods We divided 84 patients into two groups, the control group used general anesthesia, and observation group used epidural anesthesia. Results In T1, T2, T3 stages, the indicators, adverse reaction rates of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can effectively improve the quality of anesthesia.
