23例血型不规则抗体阳性受血者抗体鉴定结果分析

Analysis of Antibody Identification Results of 23 Patients With Irregular Antibody Positive Blood Group

目的探讨血型不规则抗体筛查与鉴定的意义。方法检测2300例患者血清不规则抗体,抗体阳性标本进行抗体鉴定。结果不规则抗体检出率1%,Rh系统抗体占全部抗体82.6%,其中以抗E最多,占全部抗体47.82%,与其它抗体比较,差异有统计学意义。结论血型不规则抗体筛查与鉴定具有重要意义,规范检测,可保证临床输血安全。Rh系统抗体,尤其是抗E应该得到充分重视。

Objective To explore the significance of screening and identification of irregular antibodies in blood group. Methods Serum antibody was detected in 2 300 patients and antibody positive samples were identified. Results The detection rate of irregular antibodies was 1%, and the Rh system antibodies accounted for 82.6% of all antibodies, and the anti E was the most, which accounted for 47.82% of all antibodies, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The screening and identification of blood group irregular antibodies is of great significance, which can ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion. Rh system antibodies, in particular anti E should be given full attention.
