摘要
目的探究预防胃镜室感染的护理管理措施。方法我院自2014年1月以来,对胃镜室实施感染控制措施,建立科学的管理方案,规范护理细则,定期对胃镜室进行消毒、通气,并进行动态细菌检测,经过一年的时间,实行感染控制措施,将一年内发生院内感染的发生率、不良事件发生率以及患者满意度与2013年1月~2013年12月数据进行对比。结果 2014年度实施护理管理措施后,与2013年度对比,院内感染和不良事件发生率明显降低,患者满意度明显提高(P〈0.05)。结论护理管理措施应用于胃镜室感染的预防中,能够减少院内感染和不良事件,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the nursing management measures for the prevention of infection in gastroscope room. Methods In our hospital since January 2014, to endoscopy room implementation infection control measures, setted up a management program for scientific, standardized nursing rules regularly to endoscopy room of disinfection, ventilation, and dynamic detection of bacteria, after a year of time, the implementation of infection control measures, a year occurred nosocomial infection occurrence rate, adverse events occurred rate and patient satisfaction and 2013 January ~ December 2013 data were compared. Results After 2014 years of implementation of nursing management measures, compared with 2013 years, the incidence of hospital infection and adverse events were significantly reduced, patients' satisfaction was significantly improved(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing management measures in the prevention of infection in the gastroscope room, can reduce hospital infection and adverse events, improve patient satisfaction.
