摘要
目的探析护理层级管理改进临床护理服务质量的效果。方法选取我院64名护理人员为研究对象,按不同时间段将其分为两组,每组32名。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用护理层级管理,对比分析管理效果。结果观察组在护理文书质量、服务能力、护理态度、基础护理等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为96.88%,明显优于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05)。结论护理层级管理可改进临床护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing level management to improve the quality of clinical nursing service. Methods 64 nurses in our hospital were selected as research subjects, divided into two groups according to the principle of different time period, each group for 32 nurses. Control group using routine management, observation group using nursing level management, comparative analysis management effect. Results Observation group nursing staff in the quality of nursing documents, service capacity, nursing attitude, basic care and other aspects were significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05);The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96.88%, which was significantly better than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing hierarchy management can improve the quality of clinical nursing service.
