舒适护理在妇产科临床中的效果观察

Effect of Comfortable Nursing of Patients in Department of Gynecology

目的探讨舒适护理在妇产科的应用效果,提高妇产科护理质量。方法选取我院2015年1月~2015年6月妇产科收治的患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理。评估两组患者护理效果及患者满意度。结果观察组患者在按时服药、规律饮食、按时复诊及按时休息等方面的依从性优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在妇产科患者的护理过程中,采用舒适护理能够提高护理质量和护理满意度,其护理效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in service of obstetrics and gynecology,improving the quality of nursing of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 70 patients in department of gynecolog from January 2015 to June 2015,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group contained 35 cases.The control group were treated with usual nursing,the observation group were treated with comfortable nursing, the curative effects and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of on time overdose, regular diet, on time further consultation and take a rest in observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Patients ＇ satisfaction rate with nursing care of observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology, comfortable nursing can improve the patients compliance and improve nursing satisfaction.
