摘要
目的观察优质护理对精神分裂症患者生活质量的效果。方法随机将90例精神分裂症患者平均分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组SSPI评分、SQLS评分及护理满意度等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可有效改善精神分裂症患者临床症状,并提高其生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing care on the life quality in schizophrenia patients. Methods We divided 90 patients into two groups. Control group used routine nursing, the observation group used nursing intervention, compared clinical efficacy of two groups. Results SSPI score, SQLS score and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and improve the Sleep quality.
