摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在支气管哮喘护理中的临床效果。方法随机将我社区收治的90例支气管哮喘患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规护理方法,观察组行临床护理路径,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组住院天数、护理满意度等均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效缩短患者住院时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of bronchus asthma. Methods We averaged 90 patients into two groups. The control group used conventional treatment,and observation group used clinical nursing pathway, compared the effect of two groups. Results The length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients can obviously shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.
