护理干预在小儿静脉输液中的应用研究

Application of Nursing Intervention in Children With Intravenous Infusions

目的探究护理干预在小儿静脉输液中的应用方法及效果。方法随机选取2015年1月~2015年6月间我院收治的需要静脉输液的小儿患者100例,将其分成两组进行不同的护理模式,实验组50例患者采用优质护理,对照组50例患者选择常规的干预,对比两组患者在输液中的配合情况和患者家属的满意度。结果实验组采取优质护理服务的患者在输液的过程中配合度较高,疼痛较小,两组患者的护理效果差异较为显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对小儿患者在输液的过程中采取优质护理可以提高穿刺的成功率,减轻患儿的不适感,受到患儿家属的认可,效果良好。

Objective To explore the application method and effect of nursing intervention in children intravenous infusions. Methods Randomly selected in January 2015 ~ June 2015 among 100 cases of pediatric patients admitted to our hospital requiring intravenous infusion, which is divided into two different models of care, the experimental group of 50 patients were treated with high-quality care, control group 50 patients choose routine interventions, compared two groups of patients in the infusion in patients with complex conditions and family satisfaction. Results Patients in the experimental group take quality care in the infusion process with high degree of pain was small, the effect of differences between the two groups of patients care more significant, statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pediatric patients in the infusion process to take high-quality care can improve the success rate of puncture, alleviate discomfort of children by families of children with recognized good effect.
