针刺与放血配合穴位注射治疗顽固性面瘫

Acupuncture,bloodletting combined with acupoint injection for treatment of intractable facial paralysis

目的观察针刺与放血配合穴位注射治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月至2014年6月山东省济宁市兖州区中医院针灸科门诊顽固性面瘫患者36例。其中男20例,女16例,年龄最小者23岁,最大者60岁,病程最短2个月,最长3个半月。36例患者均采用针刺与放血配合穴位注射进行治疗。治疗3个月后进行疗效观察。结果 36例患者中痊愈16例,显效8例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率为94.4%(34/36)。结论针刺与放血配合穴位注射治疗顽固性面瘫疗效显著,可在临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture, bloodletting combined with acupoint injection for stubborn facial paralysis. Methods Thirty-six patients, twenty male and sixteen female, with intractable facial paralysis were selected in Yanzhou traditional Chinese acupuncture clinic from June 2011 to June 2014. In these 36 patients, the youngest was 23 years old and the biggest was 60 years old; the shortest course of disease was 2 months and the longest was 3 and a half months. All 36 patients were treated with acupuncture, bloodletting combined with acupoint injection for three months. The clinical therapeutic effects were observed after three-month treatment. Results Among 36 patients, six cases were cured, 8 cases were marked effective, 10 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.4%（34/36）. Conclusion Acupuncture, bloodletting with acupoint injection has significant clinical therapeutic effects in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
