配网谐波远程在线监测装置的设计与应用

摘要 为对配网系统的谐波进行在线监测,设计了一套配网谐波在线监测装置。通过信号采集装置采集线路的电压互感器和电流互感器信号,把信号转化数字信号,FFT模块利用FPGA内部FFT IP核进行快速傅立叶变换得出谐波数据,用GPRS模块将监测数据远程传输至供电局主控计算机。通过将该装置安装于广州某钢厂高压配电室内运行表明:该装置能够满足配网谐波的在线监测的要求,监测到该钢厂的谐波含量,其中部分谐波已超标;并能将监测结果远程传输至主控计算机,完成配网谐波的远程监测。 In order to monitor distribution network harmonic online, a harmonic monitoring device is designed. Signals of PT and CT are collected into collecting part and transformed into digital signals. The FFT module completes FFT and obtains harmonic databy using the FFT IP core of FPGA. The data are transferred to master computer of power supply bureau by GPRS module. The device is installed into a high voltage power distribution room of a iron-works in Guangzhou, the result shows that the device is able to meet online monitoring requirements and monitor the harmonic content of the iron works, some of those exceed the standard. And the device is able to transfer data to master computer by remote transmission, complete the remote monitoring of distribution network harmonic.
