摘要
智能谷物干燥系统,采用循环烘干方式,通过温度、湿度和压力等传感器实时监测,保证烘干产品的质量。该系统以西门子控制器为核心,并以Win CC作为平台,通过互联网对多台智能谷物烘干机实行网络监控,实现统一管理。该系统能够提高农业生产的机械化与自动化,推动新农村的建设与发展。
Through temperature sensor, humidity sensor and pressure sensor, intelligent grain drying system can realize dynamic monitoring. The dryer adopts circulation drying ways to ensure delivery of quality products. Through the internet and WinCC, the system with Siemens controller as the core can realize dynamic monitoring multiple dryer, unified management. The system can improve the mechanization and automation of agricultural production, and promote the construction and development of a new countryside.
