摘要
为提高电梯安全监控现代化管理水平,提出了一种智慧型电梯安全监控系统,由前端采集系统、传输系统、监控中心系统构成。前端采集系统通过自身传感器采集电梯运行数据,经数据采集器进行数据分析,通过电梯传输系统的专用屏蔽网络线,凭借由CDMA、GSM、以太网络或RS485等通信方式进行数据传输,将前端数据采集系统的获取的运行、故障、困人状态、电梯维保签到等信号通过传输系统由系统服务器接收保存,再由综合管理平台软件在服务器中根据用户权限提取所需数据。实践应用证明:系统的综合统筹管理保障电梯按最优组合、最佳状态运行,促进电梯科学化、智能化、信息化的管理水平,提高监管力度和综合管理水平。
In order to improve the level of safety monitoring and control of the elevator, a kind of intelligent elevator safety monitoring system is proposed, which is composed of front-end collection system, transmission system and monitoring center system. Through sensors the front-end acquisition system collects the elevator operation dataanalyzed, with data collector. The elevator operation data is transmitted using the special shielded network line by CDMA, GSM, Ethernet or RS485 communication mode. Through the transmission system the signals of the operation and fault state, trapped people, elevator maintenance sign collectedby the front-end data acquisition system is received and saved by the server system, and is extracted by the integrated management platform software in the server according to user permissions. The practical application shows that the integrated management of the system can ensure the elevator in the best combination and the best state, and promote the management level of scientific, intelligent, information, and improve the level of supervision and management.
