摘要
随着电力市场的不断扩大、政府部门对供电监管力度的逐步加强、用电客户对供电服务要求的提高,电网运营重点从发电侧逐渐向售电侧转变,电力营销的重要性日益明显,能否为电力客户提供优质的营销服务已成为供电企业提高自身竞争力的重要手段。因此,对供电企业的营销服务质量进行评价显得尤为重要,本文对供电企业电力营销业务质量评价提出探讨并举例进行实证分析,希冀对同行带来一些参考及借鉴。
With the expansion of the power market, the government departments of power supply supervision gradually strengthen, customers on the improvement of power supply service requirements, and electricity grid operating focus shift from power generation side to sell electricity side, the importance of electric power marketing is becoming more and more apparent, whether for electricity customers to provide quality marketing services has become an important means of power supply enterprises improve their competitiveness. Therefore, to evaluate the quality of power supply enterprise marketing services is particularly important, in this paper, the power supply quality of electric power marketing business evaluation is proposed to explore and carries on the empirical analysis, for example, hopes to bring some reference and reference.
