鹅细小病毒吉林株的分离鉴定及其全基因序列分析 被引量:4

摘要 从患病鹅的病料中分离鉴定了2株鹅细小病毒(Goose parvovirus,GPV),命名为CH株和LS株。参考NCBI中多株GPV全基因序列,分段设计5对引物,对分离株的全基因序列进行PCR扩增、测序、拼接,并使用生物学软件对全基因序列进行比对和分析。遗传进化分析显示,CH株与LS株处于同一分支且相邻,表明具有较近的亲缘关系。由此推测,两株病毒可能起源于同一原始毒株。 In this study, we successfully isolated and identified two strains of Goose parvovirus (GPV) from samples of sick goose and named the two strains as CH strain and LS strain. Referred to whole-genome sequence of multiple strains of GPV in NC- BI, we designed five pairs of primers, and amplified the samples by PCR. Then, we sequenced the whole-genome sequence of the isolated strains and used biology soitware to compare and analyze the whole-genome sequence. Phylogenetic analysis showed that CH strain and KS strain were in the same branch and next to each other, indicating that they have relatively closer genetic relation- ship. Thus, we infer that the two viruses may be originated from the same original strain.
