丝裂霉素在不同年龄段犬眼小梁切除术中有效量的初探 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究丝裂霉素在不同年龄段犬眼小梁切除术中的有效用量,将24只实验犬按照年龄段分为青幼年犬组、老年犬组,每组各12只,组内再随机分为A、B、C、D四个小组,每小组各3只,各组犬的双眼均行小梁切除术,术中A、B、C、D四组使用的丝裂霉素溶液的浓度分别是0.67 mg/mL,0.50 mg/mL,0.40 mg/mL,0.00 mg/mL,观察术后1个月的滤过泡形态并测量眼压。结果青幼年犬组的A组均形成功能型滤过泡,B、C、D组形成的多为非功能型滤过泡,且A组与B、C、D组间眼压差值差异性显著。老年犬组的A、B组均形成功能型滤过泡,C、D组中形成的多为非功能型滤过泡,且A、B组与C、D组间眼压差值均为显著性差异。表明青幼年犬小梁切除术中的丝裂霉素溶液有效浓度0.67 mg/mL,老年犬小梁切除术中的丝裂霉素溶液有效浓度为0.50 mg/mL。 In order to study the effective dosage of mitomycin C in different ages of canine trabeculectomy, we divided 24 experimental dogs into 2 groups: younger and older groups according to their age. Each group had 12 dogs, which were divided into 4 sub-groups of A, B, C, and D with 3 dogs each subgroup .And then their eyes were done trabeculectomy.The concentration of mitomycin for the 4 groups was 0.67 mg/mL, 0.50 mg/mL, 0.40 mg/mL, and 0.00 mg/mL, respectively. The form of filtering bleb was observed, and the intraocular pressure was measured one month later. Indicated that group A of the puppy and youth formed functional filtering bleb, and group B, C, D formed non-functional one. There was significant difference in intraocular pressure between group A and group B, C, D. Group A and B of elderly dogs were formed functional filtering bleb, and group C, D formed the nonfunctional one. And there was significant difference in intraocular pressure between group A, B and group C, D. Our data showed that the effective concentration of mitomycin solution in trabeculectomy for puppy and young dog is 0.67 mg/mL, and is 0.50 mg/ mL for older dogs.
