奶牛乳房炎葡萄球菌菌种的鉴定及其mecA基因与耐药性关系分析 被引量:1

摘要 从209份奶牛乳房炎阳性乳样分离葡萄球菌,用PCR扩增Tuf和16S rRNA基因片段,根据序列同源性进行种的鉴定,用PCR检测mecA基因,用标准方法进行药敏试验。结果显示,分离的104株葡萄球菌分为14个种,包括金黄色葡萄球菌和13种凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,后者主要为阿氏葡萄球菌、松鼠葡萄球菌、木糖葡萄球菌和产色葡萄球菌,不同于国外的研究报道;松鼠葡萄球菌和溶血葡萄球菌的mecA基因检出率高达66.7%,表皮葡萄球菌达42.9%,金黄色葡萄球菌达35.7%,显著高于国内外报道;大部分葡萄球菌的β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药性与mecA基因检测不相符,可能与其他mec基因有关。
