磁固相萃取快速测定环境水样中莠去津和扑草净 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶剂热法一步合成得到硅藻土-还原石墨烯-四氧化三铁磁性材料,并将其作为磁固相萃取的吸附剂,结合高效液相色谱对环境水样中的莠去津和扑草净进行测定。对磁性材料的种类、样品溶液pH、磁性材料的用量、吸附时间、解析液的种类以及解析时间等对萃取率的影响因素进行了优化。在最佳条件下,莠去津和扑草净的线性相关系数分别为0.999 5和0.999 6,线性范围分别为0.5~120μg/L和1~120μg/L,检出限分别为0.055μg/L和0.04μg/L,样品的加标回收率是95.2%~103%。实验结果表明该方法可以成功地用于环境水样中的莠去津和扑草净的准确测定。 Diatomite/reduced graphene oxide/ magnetite composites were synthesized by a new method and were used as an adsorbent for the magnetic solid phase extraction.Combing with high-performance liquid chromatography-UV,atrazine and prometryn were measured in environmented water.The effects of various experimental parameters,such as the kinds and amount of magnetic materials,sample pH,extraction time,selection of desorption solvent and etc,were optimized.Under optimal conditions,Atrazine and Prometryn exhibited good linearity,with correlation coefficients of 0.999 5and 0.999 6,linear range of 0.5~120μg/L and 1~120μg/L,and limit of detection of 0.055 and 0.04μg/L,respectively.The spiked recovery for samples was in the range of 95.23% ~ 102.56%.The experimental results indicate that the proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of triazine herbicides in environmental water.
