摘要
为减小盾构施工对环境的影响,施工中开始研究微扰动技术。以上海虹桥机场下穿机场主跑道盾构工程为例,根据主跑道的沉降要求,通过有限元模拟施工引起的短期、长期沉降来确定施工参数要求,并设置试验段进行施工参数的优化;采用自动化无棱镜实时扫描监测主跑道变形,监测结果显示,拟定的施工参数满足微扰动要求,且采用新型同步浆液后1年期沉降稳定并可控,成功实现了国内软土地区微扰动下穿机场主跑道的目标。
In order to reduce the environmental impact induced by shield tunneling,micro-disturbance technique has begun to be studied in construction.In the engineering case of shield tunneling underneath the main runway of Shanghai HongQiao Airport,construction parameters were determined based on short-term and long-term settlements which were obtained by finite element simulation according to the settlement requirements of main runway.And these construction parameters were optimized according to the practice of trial tunneling.The deformation of main runway was scanned in real-time by automatic reflectorless total station.The monitoring results showed that the pre-set construction parameters met the micro disturbance requirement and the 1 year settlement was under control by applying a new synchronized grouting,successfully realizing the target of shield tunneling underneath the airport runway with micro-disturbance in soft ground in China.
