摘要
利用分子动力学(MD)模拟,得到聚丙烯酸酯(ACM)与HMX的结合能高于氟橡胶(F2602)与HMX的结合能。采用溶液-水悬浮法,以ACM、F2602为钝化包覆剂,对主体炸药HMX进行包覆改性,并对包覆的HMX样品进行表征及性能测试。结果表明:2%ACM包覆的HMX样品热爆炸临界温度低于5%F2602包覆的HMX,但表观活化能、分解速率常数高于5%F2602包覆的HMX;药柱成型良好,无反弹现象;其特性落高H50比2%F2602包覆的HMX特性落高提高了13.3cm,比5%F2602包覆的HMX提高了8.5cm。说明ACM可以作为HMX的粘结剂。
Molecular dynamics(MD) method was used to simulate and calculate the binding energy of binder with HMX, it indicated that polyacrylic ester(ACM) is better than fluororubber(F2602).Based on octagon(HMX), solution-water suspension was used to coating HMX with ACM and F2602, and the coated sample was characterized and tested. The experimental results show that the HMX coated with 2% ACM had lower critical thermal explosion ambient temperature, but higher active energy of surface and decomposition rate than that of HMX coated with 5% F2602, and had good formation without rebound phenomenon. The H50(2.5kg drop hammer) was improved 13.3cm than that of the same proportion of HMX coated with 2% F2602, and improved 8.5cm than that of HMX coated with 5% F2602. The study showed that ACM can be used for binder of HMX.
