广东紫珠乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究(Ⅱ) 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究广东紫珠乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从广东紫珠乙酸乙酯部位分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:对甲氧基苯甲酸(1)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(2)、对羟基桂皮酸(3)、苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、2α,3β,22β,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(6)、2α,3β,6β,19α-四羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、2β,3β,6β,16α-四羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、(3S,6E,10R)-10-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-3,11-二羟基-3,7,11-三甲基-1,6-二烯(9)、icariside C5(10)、(2E,6E)-10-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-1,11-二羟基-3,7,11-三甲基-2,6-二烯(11)。结论:其中,化合物4~11为首次从紫珠属植物分离得到,化合物1~3为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the ethyl acetate-soluble chemical constituents of Callicarpa kwangtungensis. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and MPLC. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of special analysis. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate-soluble part of Callicarpa kwangtungensis,whose structures were elucidated as 4-methoxybenzoic acid( 1),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid( 2),4-hydroxy cinnamic aicd( 3),phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside( 4),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside( 5),2α,3β,22β,23-tetrahydroxyursolic-12-en-28-oic acid( 6),2α,3β,6β,19α-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 7),2β,3β,6β,16α-tetrahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 8),( 3S,6E,10R)-10-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-3,11-dihydroxy-3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-1,6-diene( 9),icariside C5( 10),and( 2E,6E)-10-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1,11-dihydroxy-3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-2,6-diene( 11). Conclusion: Compounds 4 ~ 11 are isolated from Callicarpa genus for the first time,compounds 1 ~ 3 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
