普外科中整体护理的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Holistic Nursing in Department of General Surgery

目的:观察在普外科护理的过程中应用整体护理方法的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年8月-2014年8月普外科收治的68例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其分为治疗组和对照组各34例。对照组采取常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上采取整体护理,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果:治疗组有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率为5.88%,显著低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组护理总体满意度为100%,显著高于对照组的85.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在普外科的临床护理过程中,采用整体护理的方法,可以有效提高护理效果,降低并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the application effect of holistic nursing in department of general surgery. Methods： A total of68 patients, who were admitted to department of general surgery of the third people＇s Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University from August 2013 to August 2014, were chosen and divided into treatment group（n=34） and control group（n=34） according to the different nursing methods. The control group was adopted routine nursing,while the treatment group, the holistic nursing based on the routine nursing. Then the nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results： The effective rate（94.12%） in the treatment group was higher than that（79.41%） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications（5.88%） in the treatment group was significantly lower than that（23.53%） in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The overall satisfaction degree（100%） in the treatment group was significantly higher than that（85.29%） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using holistic nursing in department of general surgery can improve the nursing effect,reduce the incidence of complications and increase the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
