Evaluation of Effect of Information Management of Blood Transfusion Department on Management of Clinical Blood Use based on Medical Data Information Integration System

摘要 目的:评价基于医疗数据信息集成系统的输血科信息化对临床用血管理的效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年10月本单位输血科进入医疗数据信息集成系统的输血病例400份为研究组。2014年1月至2014年10月输血科传统方式输血病例400份为对照组。输血后对临床输血效果进行分析和评价。结果:对照组年龄18~77岁,平均年龄(50.1±9.2)岁;研究组年龄21~75岁,平均年龄(52.3±8.2)岁。研究组中有效病例共371份,占总数的92.75%;对照组中有效病例共330份,占总数的82.50%。2组间有效病例存在统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:基于医疗数据信息集成系统的输血科信息化对临床用血管理的具有一定优势。 Objective: To evaluate effect of information management of blood transfusion department on management of clinical blood use based on medical data information integration system. Methods: Four hundred patients were enrolled in the study group and underwent blood transfusion management with the medical data information integration system from January 2015 to October 2015. Four hundred patients were enrolled in the control group and underwent traditional blood transfusion. The effect of blood transfusion was analyzed and assessed. Results: The age of the control group was 18 to 77 years old, and the average age of control group was(50.1±9.2) years old. The age of the study group was 21 to 75 years old, and the average age of the study group was(52.3±8.2). There were371 effective cases in the study group, which accounted for 92.75 per cent of all cases. There were 330 effective cases in the control group, which accounted for 82.50 per cent of all cases. There was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The information management on clinical blood use based on the medical data information integration system is superior to the traditional method.
