摘要
AMT变速箱在整车PT耐久试验中,液压分离及换挡机构的电磁阀电流特性时发生选档回位卡滞故障,本文针对这一问题产生的根本原因及可能引起的后果进行分析,并且提出有效的解决方案,即更改五倒档互锁机构,同时更改KIT学习电磁阀特性的学习策略。确保从变速箱系统角度出发,实现AMT变速箱软硬件的匹配。
During the vehicle powertrain durability test, there was an error occurred in the AMT transmis- sion. The shift system was tuck on when the electromagnetic valve doing self-learning. This paper gives a detailed analyzes, and provides a resolution for a systematic failure, modify the 5th/Reverse gear lock sys- tem and update the selfqearning strategy of electromagnetic valve, which ensure the hardware and calibra- tion match well.
