摘要 安全气囊的能量吸收一直是安全气囊保护效果是否达标的重要考量标准,然而如果每次通过实车试验来判断能量吸收的效果不仅耗费大量人力物力,而且实车碰撞的工况太多,可能影响的实验参数也太多,所以我们一般通过其他途径,例如动态冲击实验的仿真来得到侧面气囊可以吸收的具体能量值。这种方法不但可以减少影响实车结果的各种条件,而且结果也非常可靠高效。 Energy absorbing of airbag has been an important consideration whether the protective effect of airbags standard.But if each real crash test to determine the energy absorption effect not only spend a lot of manpower and resources, but also will the actual vehicle collision conditions, which may affect the experi- mental parameters too many, so we generally through other means, such as dynamic impact simulation and correlation to get specific energy values side airbag can absorb. This approach not only reduces the impact of the various conditions the results of the actual vehicle, and the results are very reliable and efficient, but also can greatly reduce the cost of experiments.
